I received a book mark from desiring God Ministry which I think would encourage us to look at our evangelism. The book mark states:
The gospel is not a way to get people to heaven, it is a way to get people to God. The aim of the gospel is the display of God’s glory and the removal of every obstacle to our seeing and savoring it as our highest treasure. the gospel has unleashed a million mercies on the people of Christ, but none of these is good newsin and of itself. They are all good to the degree that they make possible the one great good – name, knowing andenjoying God himself.
