Want to replace MS Outlook and your dependence on one computer.  check out Toodledo : Your To-Do List It is cloud based and looks very promising.  It works will with the GTD (Getting Things Done) system. It is a great way to get all the stuff out of your head and into a trust system.  this works especially well for idea managers like pastors.
