Welcome to the online tour of the Getting Things Done Outlook Add-In. These short videos demonstrate the different functions of the add-in and how they map to the David Allen Getting Things Done Methodology. This tour demonstrates the basics of the major features of the Add-In. Each section is self contained, so you may explore any or all of the features. To open the tour:

Delegate 6:09 Installation changes to Outlook and Delegating messages to others in or outside of your organization and creating Tasks or Appointments for
follow up.
Defer 2:34 Defer your message to a specific date or date and time by creating an appointment.
Action 2:44 Create a task with a specific action on your task list for completion.
Someday 2:59 Create a task with an Action of Someday for an email in your inbox.
Snooze 1:24 Snooze a message one time only for future review and action.
File 1:38 File messages in specific folders for reference at a later date.
Toolbars 5:43 Besides the Inbox Manager Toolbar, new toolbars are added to the appointment, task and journal entries. You can create new items without an
originating email for a phone call or paper task using these toolbars.
Views 4:42 Views are created and installed with the add-in to help organize and complete your weekly reviews.
Options 5:49 The options page allows you to manage your settings, action projects, defaults and much more for the Outlook Add-In.
This tour shows the location and navigation as available in version 2.1.35. The options in version 2.5 can be found by clicking the GTD button
on the toolbar.
